Refund Policy
14 days, no questions
Armor of God Brand, LLC provides the Armor of God app as a one-time purchase. If it is not right for you, email support@armorofgodbrand.co within 14 calendar days of the transaction date and we will refund the purchase price in full. You do not need to provide a reason.
How to request a refund
- Email support@armorofgodbrand.co from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your order number or the email your license key was sent to.
- We will submit an approved refund to our merchant of record within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post it.
What happens to access
A full refund ends the refunded license. The license key may be deactivated, and you must stop using copies of the paid app content obtained through that purchase. Exported personal entries remain yours, but the app license and proprietary content are still governed by our Terms of Service.
After 14 days
Because this is a digital product with lifetime access, refund requests after 14 days are handled case by case. If something goes wrong on our end, tell us and we will work to correct it. This policy does not limit a refund or consumer remedy that applicable law requires.
Payments
Payments, taxes, and refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Polar. Your bank or card statement may show the charge under Polar or Armor of God Brand. Polar may request information needed to identify the transaction and return funds to the original payment method.
